Bicycling is an excellent way to discover the community of Unalaska at your own pace. Extensive but little-used roadways left over from World War II make great mountain bike trails and provide challenging terrain for the enthusiast seeking a thrill. We use high quality aluminum-frame mountain bikes with front shocks, mud guards and bottle carriers. A rental from our well maintained fleet includes helmet, bike lock, and map with points of interest in the community. A deposit is required for all rentals.
If you find yourself in our community in August, rent a bike and participate in our annual Summer Bay Classic mountain bike race. Whether you want to compete or just ride for fun, the route takes you over unbelievably scenic and moderately challenging Overland Drive. 13.5 miles.
Half day rental: $30, Full day rental: $40, Weekly rate: $115
